What Fabrics Are Used
We aim to only use natural fabrics where possible which are all are hand sourced by our TTK team. You can find more information on the specific fabrics used for each garment under their description.
Why are there chalk marks on my garment and what should I do if I find some
As all of our fabrics are prewashed before sewing to minimise shrinkage, you may find some little hand drawn tailors chalk marks on your garment. Don't worry it will wash straight out - this is due to each piece being hand cut and sewn - so take this as a personal thank you for choosing handmade.

- Flat rate of $8 for all orders under $150 (2-5 Business days)
- Flat rate of $11 for express shipping. (1-3 Business days)
- We offer a flat rate of $20 for standard international shipping ( 7 - 21 business days)
- We Offer Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $200
All orders placed before 3pm AEST are processed same day or the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you require a signature on delivery with your purchase please add this in a note on your order at time of checkout.
The Travelling Kimono are not responsible for any customs/import duties & taxes on international orders. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
How Do I Use My Gift Voucher or Promo code
When you are checking out your cart you will have the option to apply a gift voucher or promo code to your order. Each gift voucher will have its own unique code which you can enter in and press apply. Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and redemption rules. Please check your coupon — all requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount.

What Do I Do If I Received A Faulty Or Incorrect Item
